Study For Reconstruction Strategies And Technologies Of Internal Space Of Industrial Architectural Heritage

With the rapid development of the city and the sustained adjustment of industrial structure,many old industrial buildings were abandoned.The conservation and reuse of industrial architectural heritages is not only a continuation of its own value,but also significant to the city.It is necessary to rescue these industrial architectural heritages.As the relevant researches of theories and practice are getting deeper,more attention have been paid to the conservations and reuse of industrial architectural heritages.In China,the relevant research started later than foreign countries,and there are problems of the unitary pattern and lack of creativity in practice.This paper is based on the reconstruction of the internal space to study about the conservations and reuse of industrial architectural heritages.First,research on the characteristics of the internal space is doing to analyze the space forms,the feasibility and intentions of reconstruction.Then,this paper makes a research on the relevant charters and theories to confirm the theoretical base and maneuverability of the reconstruction.This paper focus on the strategies and relevant technologies to reconstruct the internal space of the industrial architectural heritages and try to classify the strategies according to the different degree of reconstruction.Based on the analysis and demonstration of specific cases,this paper summarizes a set of simple method system,sort out the relevant technologies and study the actual operation of the strategies in practice.At the last part,this paper takes the egg godown(5# refrigeration house)of the Former International Export Company as an instance to do an intensive study about its construction history,characteristics and technologies.On this basis,the application of the reconstruction strategies and technologies in the case is illustrated by drawing analysis,modeling,field investigation and comparison with another plan.In order to demonstrate the feasibility of reconstruction strategies,this paper also studies on the technologies and construction craft as a reference for reconstruction of internal space.In conclusion,by reading literature,field investigation and drawing analysis,this paper summarizes a set of method system of reconstruction and sorts out the relevant technologies to provide supports of protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage.
