Three-dimensional greening is an effective means to improve the relationship between contemporary architecture and the environment,to achieve building energy conservation,and to enhance the ecological performance of buildings.Office buildings are prominent in urban architecture.Due to their large population and long duration,it is very important to create a good office and leisure space.Studying the use of three-dimensional greening in office buildings has important social,economic and ecological values.At present,Shenzhen is vigorously building a “forest city”.Three-dimensional greening is one of its important contents.The three-dimensional greening of office buildings has broad prospects for development in Shenzhen.Based on this background,this paper takes Shenzhen as the research scope.Based on the analysis of the theory of stereoscopic greening of domestic and foreign buildings and related policies,the paper firstly conducts in-depth research on the classic cases of stereoscopic greening at home and abroad.I found the advantages and disadvantages of each project,and learned the concepts and technologies that can be used to guide the three-dimensional greening construction of Shenzhen office buildings.Secondly,through the field inspection,questionnaire distribution,interviews with relevant professionals and communication with the three-dimensional green design and construction company,the basic situation of the three-dimensional greening construction of the current office buildings in Shenzhen is mastered,and the outstanding problems are summarized.There are three main problems that are out of line with architectural design,unreasonable plant selection,and late maintenance management.Finally,according to the problems found in the case study and the current situation investigation,through the analysis of the climatic conditions in Shenzhen,it is concluded that the construction of the three-dimensional greening construction should follow the preconditions of the local geographical conditions;through the construction wind load,sunshine conditions,office building layout and The methods of collaborative design of three-dimensional greening and building are discussed from the perspectives of vertical space creation and building fa?ade;the rational arrangement of three-dimensional greening plants in office buildings is discussed from the perspectives of suitability principle,aesthetic principles and sunshine intensity;The simulation of the work explored the impact of different forms of three-dimensional greening on the thermal performance of buildings.At the same time,through the on-site investigation and the collection and collation of market research data,the paper briefly discussed the management and construction cost control after its completion.Taking the No.1 Building of Nanhai Yiku as an example,the proposed design strategy is applied to the three-dimensional greening transformation of the actual project to provide reference for the future three-dimensional greening of office buildings.
