Metro has become an indispensable public transport in large and medium-sized cities,its safe operation ensures normal commuting and greatly improves travel efficiency.Pantograph-rigid OCS system is an important equipment for metro train to obtain driving power,the quality of dynamic response of pantograph-rigid OCS determines the quality of pantograph-rigid OCS current collection,which is closely related to the stable operation of trains.Compared with pantograph-catenary system,more severe pantograph-OCS vibration of pantograph-rigid OCS system increases the failure frequency of pantograph and rigid OCS equipment.Among them,the frequency of crack on pantograph in Metro is very high,which affects the normal service of pantograph.At present,the research on pantograph crack mainly focuses on structural optimization,but generation and propagation of pantograph crack and the effect of pantograph crack on the dynamic response of pantograph-rigid OCS system is seldom studied.Therefore,analyzing the static and dynamic characteristics of pantograph-rigid OCS system before and after crack happening,obtaining concrete information of crack generation and propagation by simulation,then obtaining the influence characteristics and rules of crack on the quality of current collection of pantograph-rigid OCS system,finally providing a reference for the health management of Metro pantograph-rigid OCS system,has a very important practical significance for the normal operation of Metro pantograph-rigid OCS system.In this paper,the pantograph-rigid OCS system of Canton Metro Line 3 was taken as the research object.By using software as SOLIDWORKS,ANSYS and ADAMS,the static structural status of pantograph and dynamic response of pantograph-rigid OCS system before and after crack was simulated and analyzed,and the specific influence of pantograph crack on the dynamic and static characteristics of pantograph-rigid OCS system was studied.Firstly,the pantograph-rigid OCS rigid coupling dynamic model and flexible coupling dynamic model were built in ADAMS,and the pantograph-rigid OCS dynamic simulation was carried out.The reliability of models was verified by comparing with the pantograph-rigid OCS contact pressure standard and the on-the-spot measured data.The advantages of the pantograph-rigid OCS flexible coupling dynamic model were verified by comparing the on-the-spot measured data in time and frequency domain.Secondly,the causes of pantograph cracks and their specific locations were analyzed,and the correctness of the analysis conclusions were verified by pantograph static structural analysis and the specific types of cracks was identified.The numerical distribution of stress intensity factors of the cracks was calculated by injecting pantograph cracks into ANSYS,thus the direction of crack propagation was prognosticated.Finally,the pantograph-rigid OCS flexible coupling dynamic model with pantograph crack was built by three-dimensional reconstruction of pantograph crack in SOLIDWORKS to simulate pantograph-rigid OCS dynamic movement,and the dynamic characteristics of pantograph-rigid OCS system under crack fault was studied.By changing the depth of the crack to simulate the crack propagation,the influence of the crack propagation on the current collecting quality of pantograph and rigid OCS was studied,and the turning point of the crack depth affecting the current collecting quality of pantograph and rigid OCS was obtained.By changing the speed and static lifting force in the simulation environment,the effects of pantograph crack on the current collecting quality of pantograph and rigid OCS under different speeds and static lifting forces were analyzed and compared respectively,and relevant suggestions were put forward in terms of design,operation and maintenance according to the influencing rules obtained from the analysis.In summary,on the basis of establishing the pantograph-rigid OCS coupling dynamics model and verifying the superiority of the flexible coupling dynamics model,a series of pantograph-rigid OCS flexible coupling dynamic models after injection crack were simulated,meanwhile,the static structural analysis of metro pantograph before and after injecting crack was carried out.The simulation results can provide theoretical basis for Prognostic and Health Management of Metro pantograph-catenary system.
