The rotator cuff muscle plays a vital role in maintaining the stability and flexibility of the shoulder joint and is the key to maintaining the strength of the shoulder joint and the stability of the shoulder joint.Damage to the rotator cuff area can lead to shoulder joint pain,limited range of shoulder joint activity,and even seriously affect individual health and daily life.Therefore,the research on the design of strength training equipment for the rotator cuff muscles is of great significance of the study of shoulder health and physical exercise in modern people.The main content of this thesis is the design and research of the shoulder rotary trainer.The importance of the rotator cuffs muscle group of the stability of the shoulder joint and the internal rotation of the shoulder joint and the external rotation is studied by analyzing the human rotator cuff structure and the shoulder joint movement forms into the physiological field.The characteristics of the movement,combined with the movement of the shoulder rotary trainer,research and analyze the existing various strength training resistance devices,and propose a spiral shoulder rotary trainer based on the isokinetic hydraulic damping.Combining research in the fields of engineering and ergonomics,design a shoulder rotary trainer that conforms to the shoulder rotation training.In order to verify the feasibility of the design,this paper firstly verified the exercise effect of the shoulder rotary trainer from the shoulder movement effect.Based on the feedback and technical evaluation of human physiological information,10 subjects are selected to use the shoulder rotary trainer and the tension belt to perform the shoulder rotation exercise electromyography experiment.The comparison of the training effects of the two groups of exercise equipment is used to analyze the shoulder rotary trainer.The experiment used professional electromyography equipment to obtain the electromyography data onto the diaphragm,ulnar wrist extensor,biceps,triceps,deltoid anterior and deltoid muscle bundles of the subjects.The degree of muscle activation and the order for muscle forces is used to analyze the exercise effect of the shoulder rotary trainer.The experiment proves that:(1)the Shoulder rotary trainer and the tension belt have different force modes in the rotary motion of the shoulder joint;(2)the Shoulder rotary trainer is more beneficial to the balance training of the internal rotation group and the external rotation muscle group of the shoulder joint;(3)The order of the muscles of the Shoulder rotary trainer is more in line with the order of the shoulder muscles of the professional sports.Secondly,this paper evaluates the design effect of the shoulder rotary trainer from the functional experience.Based on the functional value attribute of the shoulder rotary trainer,design the subjective questionnaire scale for the functional experience of the shoulder rotary trainer.Select the subject to complete the specified swing training action and fill in the functional experience scale to analyze the factors affecting the functional design.The experimental analysis shows that the shoulder rotary trainer scores low in terms of adaptability and ease of use,analyzes the reasons for its low score,and improves the product of the aspects of the performance,cognitive operation and use environment of the shoulder rotary trainer.
