In recent years,the triangular pipe truss structure has been used in many engineering projects because of its simple and clear force,good integrity,fast construction speed and excellent economy.The stress characteristics of triangular pipe truss structure are similar to those of flexural members,which can be analyzed according to lattice flexural members.Because the structure itself has certain stiffness and stability outside the plane,it can ensure the stability of the structure itself without the lateral support outside the plane in a larger span,so the structure is more economical than the general solid web steel beam.Under certain loads,the key point of this paper is to adopt reasonable structural layout to make the structure destroy ahead of time and make the structure more economical.According to the conclusion of the theory of compression,bending and overall stability of lattice members in the principle of steel structure design,the triangular truss structure is analogized to lattice members.Firstly,the section characteristics of triangular tube truss are deduced by hand,and then the stability of a triangular tube truss structure is checked by the stability theory formula of lattice bending members.Based on the results of manual calculation,the factors that may affect the structural performance of triangular truss are inferred.Secondly,by using MADIS/GEN finite element software,various structural calculation models are established for the factors that may affect the performance of triangular pipe truss,such as different supports,different temperatures,skin effects,different height-span ratios,different width-height ratios and different web arrangement.By changing one of the factors in the model,the calculation results of structural displacement and internal force of members under various changes of the model are obtained.According to the calculation results,the change of the structure's stress under the change of this factor is analyzed.The influence of these factors on the structural performance is summarized,and the layout method is proposed to improve the bearing capacity of the triangular pipe truss structure.Finally,taking a practical project as an example,a multi-group comparative structural model is established,and the buckling module of MADIS/GEN is used to determine the stability of the triangular truss structure.Based on the buckling eigenvalue coefficient,the ultimate load value of the structure is deduced,and the reasonable layout of the structure is obtained,and the economic evaluation of multiple structural models is made.
