The Bay Area economy is a coastal economy that refers to the economic effects of port groups and town groups formed by numerous seaports and towns distributed around coastal ports.It is based on one or more bays derived from urban agglomerations and economies.Since the great maritime era,the natural products brought about by global trade and the sea power economy are also important pillars supporting the global economy.With the rise of the marine economy,the Bay Area has gradually become a concentration of capital,talent and logistics in the city.However,with the development of time,the Bay Area space developed by relying on the port,shipbuilding,transportation,fishery and other industries can no longer meet the tourism and leisure needs of the new era economic background,resulting in the reconstruction of urban waterfront areas throughout Europe and North America in recent years.area.The San Francisco Bay Area,the New York Bay Area,and the Tokyo Bay Area have long been world-famous in the world.In the context of the existing Bay Area economy,this paper studies the spatial layout of the new area from the perspective of the integration of production and city.It mainly uses the systematic review method of relevant theories: classifying,sorting and comparing and analyzing related literatures,and summarizing relevant contents and viewpoints.Case study and analysis method: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of typical new city development practice cases at home and abroad,study how industrial development affects the spatial layout of new cities,and explore better integration and development between industry and new city.Case empirical research method: This paper takes the opportunity to participate in the strategic planning of Jianshan New District of Haining City,and takes the industrial and spatial layout of Jianshan New District as the case study object of this paper,and discusses the spatial development of the city's integration of production in the region.Based on the Bay Area economy,the new district production city integration space layout planning ideas,planning principles,planning methods,and proposed implementation of the safeguard mechanism.
