Resrarch On The Structural Module Multi-project Production Management System In S Company

Production scheduling management system plays an important role in enterprise production and is a critical step to optimizing the internal resources of an enterprise and transforming from extensive production to intensive production.Meanwhile,in recent years,modularization is a new design idea developed from the traditional design.It has become a new technology widely used by people,especially in the era of constant innovation of electronic products.Modular products and applications are emerging in various industries.Modular products have been widely used in many areas such as machine,electronics,aerospace and so on.And it is also apply to third generation plants.The third generation of nuclear power represented by AP1000 first put forward the "modular construction" in the world,which is quickly recognized by the international industry.In the modular construction of nuclear power projects,as the important product of the third generation of nuclear power,structural modules are representative with many features such as more products,small quantities,different production cycle.In particular,enterprise production scheduling management of structural module in a multi-project environment is a very complicated task.Based on analyzing S company's structural module multi-project production status,this paper explained structural module production process,production feathers,and structure module assembly features on the spot in order to find the problems in production scheduling management.Based on discovering the problem,the author further explored the reasons of the problems to establish a production scheduling model suitable for the production of structural modules,and a multi-project production scheduling management system that implements mathematical model scheduling in order to solve the problem of production scheduling management of S company.This paper has certain theoretical significance and practical application value for the research of our country's modular product manufacturing enterprises,especially in the actual operation of production scheduling.
