Research On Production Management System Improvement Project Of Hollysys Group

This paper reviews the development process of ERP management system.We conducted a survey about the research status ERP, the production management system is designed is designed and implemented in the framework of ERP system, under the background of the Hollysys Group.In order to obtain a clear structure, the system is divided into four main sub systems: production process management system, product management system, semi-product management system and procurement management system.During the process of analysis of requirement, using application of flow chart to describe the existing workflow, then analysis of the improvement points, to play a regulatory role on the future work processes.The requirement of users could be reflected accurately by this. Based on these, according to modular thinking the database of system is designed. Based on the IT project management theory, Improvement of Production Management System Based on ERP divided into four main steps: system start,system analysis, system design, system implementation. The eight management activities of IT project has being reflect: negotiation range, determine task, estimated task durations, description dependencies between tasks, allocation of resources, guidance team, progress and control monitoring, assessment of project results and experiences. The system has improved the quality and efficiency of production management for its standardization modernization and information management.The system is designed in B/S mode with three layers structure. The development environment is Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2003 with.Net framework 1.1.The database tool is SQL Server 2003 which is with excellent agility and stability. By running for a long time, the system is proved to meet the requirement of enterprise and bring better management to it.
