| In the era of low-carbon economy,the development of new energy vehicles at an alarming rate.As the development of new energy vehicles is not long and requires a high level of technical requirements,many problems have arisen in the development of new energy vehicles.In particular,many companies fail to break through the key technology bottlenecks of new energy vehicles.Many new energy auto companies are fighting against each other in the R & D process,thus wasting resources,causing serious duplication of resources and slowing the pace of new product development.Eventually increasing the risk of research and development.To break through the technical problems of new energy vehicles in a short period of time,relying solely on a single enterprise’s scientific research and financial strength hardly can be achieved.Therefore,only make the modular enterprises on the new energy vehicle manufacturing chain combine and work together to play their respective advantages,and finally they can break the technical difficulties!At present,the research on new energy vehicles mainly focuses on the status of industrial development,development policies and measures,industrial planning,business models and innovation.However,from the perspective of coordination,there is not enough research on the modularization cooperation mechanism and the realization conditions of new energy vehicles manufacturing.Therefore,based on the theories of division of labor,modular theory and collaborative mechanism,and by adopting the methods of literature analysis and case analysis,this paper studies modular collaboration mechanism and implementation conditions of new energy automobile manufacturing industry,and fundamentally grasps the particularity of new energy vehicle manufacturing’s modular coordination.This is not only a supplement to the theory of new energy vehicles synergetic mechanism,but also has important practical significance to guide the coordinated development of China’s new energy automotive manufacturing industry.In the first chapter,the author introduces the research status of scholars at home and abroad on the manufacturing chain,new energy vehicles,modular and collaborative mechanisms,and made a simple comment,and then put forward the research content and research framework.In the second chapter,this paper establishes the theoretical basis which mainly includes the theory of division of labor,modular theory,the theory of collaborative mechanism and the theory of modular collaborative mode,which lays the analytical framework for the full text.In the third chapter,the article analyzes the evolution of modularized synergy of new energy vehicles manufacturing,including the formation and characteristics of modularization of new energy vehicles manufacturing,the necessity of synergies and the types of modular synergies.Then,the article entered the key analysis section.In the fourth chapter,by summarizing the previous scholars’ research and combining with the particularity of new energy vehicles manufacturing,this paper proposes four mechanisms of modularization coordination of new energy vehicles manufacturing:trust mechanism,profit distribution mechanism,technological innovation coordination mechanism and resource coordination mechanism.Together these four mechanisms form a modular collaborative mechanism for the manufacturing of new energy vehicles,and they interact with each other to form a coupled and interactive relationship.Among them,the profit distribution mechanism is the prerequisite for the modular synergy of manufacturing new energy vehicles,trust mechanism is the guarantee for the modular synergy of manufacturing new energy vehicles,technological innovation coordination mechanism is the core of the whole synergetic mechanism,and resource coordination mechanism is the way of the whole synergetic mechanism.In the fifth chapter,the paper puts forward the realization conditions of modular synergy of new energy vehicles manufacturing,including standardization,resource sharing in collaborative networks,mutual complementarity among member enterprises,competition and cooperation among member enterprises,the enterprise’s capability boundaries are gradually expanding,open culture,regulation of vehicle enterprises and establish a knowledge sharing platform.In the sixth chapter,through the case analysis of BYD Auto Manufacturing,we find that as the new energy vehicles manufacturing synergy network with BYD as the core evolves,its member enterprises have gradually increased and gradually improved function.And BYD’s collaborative network also exists the four mechanisms mentioned before,through these four mechanisms,BYD’s collaborative network to be efficient and orderly operation.Through these four mechanisms work together,BYD’s collaborative network can be efficient and orderly operation.Next,a comparative analysis of BYD and Tesla’s synergetic network shows that the core enterprise is the core of modularized collaborative network,and can effectively collaborate with other subjects in the network.Finally,the author briefly summarizes the inspiration and reference brought by the rapid development of BYD’s modular synergy. |
