| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the continuous reduction of demographic dividend,ministries and commissions of the State Council have issued a number of policies to vigorously promote the development of prefabricated buildings.The industrialized construction of prefabricated concrete house is one of the main ways to realize the housing industrialization in China.Especially in the fight against the epidemic this year,the emergency buildings of Huoshen mountain and Leishen mountain have sprung up in more than ten days,and the construction speed is very surprising.The market is fully aware of its efficiency and advantages.Prefabricated building is expected to usher in the opportunity of rapid growth.Following the latest national policy,this paper takes PC component system of precast concrete prefabricated residence as the research object.From the functional needs of residents and the current part manufacturing as the starting point,combined with modular coordination to explore the optimal size of parts,in order to facilitate industrial production,improve construction efficiency and meet the use needs.It is expected to have some practical significance to promote the development of prefabricated PC housing in Hefei.In this paper,literature induction,field research,comparative analysis,combined with the application of relevant cases,the prefabricated PC residential parts system is analyzed.First of all,the researchers summarize the relevant literature and analyze the root of influencing the development of components in the process of industrialized housing,in which the construction components are the core of the whole life cycle of prefabricated housing.With the help of modular design can also show a high degree of composability and replicability.The research on the standardization of its size is very important for the prefabricated building production chain.Secondly,the basis of the industrialization development of components is standardization,which can reduce the workload of designers and even the whole process from the source and speed up the construction efficiency through modular coordination and standardized component design with less specifications and more combinations.In order to get a more intuitive understanding of the assembled PC parts,the author makes an on-the-spot investigation of the parts manufacturing enterprises,investigates the sizes of various parts,and combines with the relevant literature,trying to summarize the size range of parts which are more general and suitable for mass production.Finally,through the application analysis of Yuxiu Yayuan project,the relationship between module coordination and space size is studied,and the residential system is divided into structural parts,interior parts,etc.structural parts are studied by module coordination,and interior parts are analyzed by ergonomics.It can standardize the production of parts within the optimal size range,achieve the coordination between functional requirements and construction manufacturing industry,and truly realize "building a house like a car".Functional demand is to design the appropriate architectural layout or space according to the living habits of the residents and the scale of the human body,which is led by the architect.Component manufacturing is an industrial production mode dominated by component manufacturing enterprises,which belongs to the category of design end and production end respectively.Combining the two to form a conjugate effect can better coordinate the construction system of industrial housing.This paper summarizes the optimal size range of various components in prefabricated residential buildings,in order to have a certain guiding significance for the future housing industrialization construction in Hefei. |
