Multi-mode navigation technology is not only an important guarantee for the safety of the air transport industry, but also the cornerstone of the air transport industry.A set of qualified navigation equipment must undergo static and dynamic testing.Usually static testing can be done in the laboratory, but the present dynamic testing is mainly done by repeated flight tests of the aircraft, which will lead to very high cost and great danger of tourism. Therefore,it is necessary to develop a simulation dynamic testing platform. In view of the above problems, this paper studies the data processing of multi-mode navigation system based on OSG visual simulation.Firstly, the research background and significance of 3D visualization simulation to realize dynamic testing of multi-mode navigation system are introduced. The current feasible simulation scheme is analyzed. It is determined that OSG is used as a 3D rendering tool and MFC application framework to construct a visual simulation man-machine platform.Secondly, the navigation system studied in this paper is introduced, including instrument landing, microwave landing and precision ranging. The static navigation guidance signals of each navigation system are generated. Then, the key points of the route are calculated by using the algorithm of longitude and latitude of the key points of the route. The key points of the route are imported into the simulation program through the route panel designed by Lab Windows, and then the route simulation is completed by the corner smoothing algorithm, the equidistant interpolation algorithm and the flight attitude algorithm,so that the aircraft can fly according to the real five-sided flight process. Finally, the data dynamic transformation algorithm during the simulation flight is proposed. One flight routes are designed, and the real-time data generated during the flight simulation is transformed into the guidance signals of the multi-mode navigation system to generate dynamic parameters needed in the transmitting equipment by using the above data conversion algorithm, and generate guidance signals of dynamic navigation. At the same time, the dynamic error threshold of the microwave landing system is calculated by using the converted reference data, which to provide comparison parameters for the dynamic detection of the airborne equipment.
