Performance Analysis Of Listed Power Companies Based On Super-SBM And Tobit Model

In 2015,the National Development and Reform Commission and the Energy Bureau issued the "Several Opinions on Further Deepening the Reform of the Electric Power System(No.9,2015)of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council" and the supporting implementation plan.The launch of the new power reform aims to solve the outstanding contradictions restricting the scientific development of the electric power industry,promote the development of the electric power industry,and promote the structural transformation and industrial upgrading of the electric power industry.Means that China's electric power industry is facing new challenges,and it is imperative to further improve the overall planning of China's electric power industry.As a livelihood industry,the electric power industry has been committed to improving its competitiveness and management level,and the pace of its reform has been constantly pushing forward.As the leader of the industry,large-scale listed power enterprises,although the overall performance is relatively stable,there are more or less problems of inefficient operation and inadequate management model.The improvement of operation efficiency of large listed electric power enterprises plays a vital role in the development of the whole industry,and can further promote the development of China's electric power industry.Firstly,this paper studies the relevant theories and methods of enterprise operation efficiency evaluation,and analyses the market environment that our power enterprises and even the whole industry are facing in the new period.Secondly,it uses DEA model to analyze the operation performance,and selects 20 listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock Exchanges as samples to evaluate their operation performance,and distinguishes the effective or ineffective DEA companies;secondly,it uses Tobit model to analyze the operation performance of 20 listed companies in Shenzhen and Shanghai Stock The factors affecting the performance of enterprises are analyzed by regression,and the differences between effective and ineffective companies are compared.Finally,the paper provides improvement measures and suggestions for ineffective listed companies,gives corresponding schemes to enhance the competitiveness of power enterprises,and looks forward to the future development prospects of China's power industry.
