In recent years,with the continuous construction of smart grid and the continuous promotion of national energy internet strategy,informatization of electric power plays an increasingly important role in the production and operation of power grid enterprises.The application of information system has been integrated into all business segments of power grid enterprises,effectively supporting the production and operation of power grid enterprises and gradually changing the operation mode of power grid enterprises.The power informatization project is a concrete carrier for the implementation of the informatization strategy for power grid enterprises.The performance level determines the effectiveness of the power grid enterprise informatization strategy.At the same time,as a technology-intensive and asset-intensive enterprise,power grid enterprises are directly involved in the survival and development of power grid enterprises because of the correctness of their investment decisions,the reliability of decision-making bases and the scientific decision-making process.Therefore,how to comprehensively and scientifically evaluate the performance of power grid enterprise information project has become an important research topic for many enterprises.Based on the research results related to the performance appraisal of power grid enterprise informatization projects,this paper combs the current situation and characteristics of power grid enterprise informatization project construction.Through the preliminary planning,technical capabilities,management and control of the construction process,Enterprise information technology project performance key factors in the identification and analysis,from the construction capacity,technical ability,application capacity,operational capacity and economic capacity of five aspects of the construction of the power grid enterprise information performance evaluation index system,the system covers five indicators,20 secondary indicators.According to the evaluation index system,an index comprehensive weighting method based on expert scoring-entropy method is constructed,and the weight of each evaluation index is determined.In addition,the existing project performance evaluation theory is also studied,the advantages and disadvantages of common evaluation methods are compared and analyzed,the performance evaluation model of power grid enterprise informatization project based on multi-level fuzzy evaluation method is constructed,and the power grid enterprise informatization Project performance evaluation of the overall framework,and through the actual case of the evaluation model of the scientific,accurate and practical verification for the power grid enterprise information management and evaluation of projects provides a reference program to improve the power grid enterprise information Project management level,increase the economic and social benefits of power grid enterprise information project construction.
