Research On Management Effectiveness Evaluation Of Port Logistics Listed Companies

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,as the gateway to the world,China’s ports have shouldered the heavy task of forging ahead and injected a strong agent into China’s economic development.In the world,China’s port cargo throughput,container throughput and 10000 ton productive berths are the first in the world.Starting from the port logistics industry,this paper takes 16 Port Logistics Listed Enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchange as the research object.This paper first expounds the proposal of the topic,research significance and research methods;then combs and summarizes the research results,monographs and papers on the effectiveness of enterprise management at home and abroad,and introduces in detail the logistics performance evaluation status of port logistics listed companies;the third step analyzes the operation status of China’s port logistics industry and port listed companies;the fourth step analyzes the operation status of China’s port logistics industry and port listed companies Combined with the current situation of the performance evaluation indexes of listed enterprises,logistics enterprises and port logistics enterprises,combined with the characteristics of port logistics listed companies,based on the design principles of the evaluation index system,and using the system analysis method,this paper constructs a port logistics listed company which is composed of 17 indexes including profitability,solvency,operation ability and development ability Performance evaluation index system,put forward the comprehensive evaluation method of Port Logistics Listed Company Performance Based on entropy method and DEA.To evaluate the management effectiveness of port logistics listed companies,on the one hand,we need to analyze the current performance,on the other hand,we need to eliminate the objective basic conditions,and make a dynamic evaluation and analysis of its performance.According to the characteristics of DEA analysis,combined with the analysis object of this paper,bc2-dea model is selected to establish the management effectiveness model of port logistics listed companies,so as to show the effective efforts of these port logistics listed companies.Finally,this paper uses the above evaluation method to conduct an empirical study on the situation of 16 Port Logistics Listed Enterprises from2014 to 2019.The results show that: in general,the evaluation method of management effectiveness can completely eliminate the impact of the differences of objective basic conditions between Port Logistics Listed Companies on the evaluation of management effect.At the same time,affected by the external environment,the growth rate of port logistics industry in China’s coastal areas slows down.In addition,some enterprises do not understand and pay enough attention to the effectiveness of management,which leads to the low overall performance level of China’s port logistics listed enterprises,and the operation needs to be improved.
