| In the process of D airport expansion project,due to the characteristics of airport infrastructure construction,there is a high demand for financing business activities,and the specific construction content of different service areas is different,so it is also necessary to meet the financing business needs through different financing modes.Although the relevant management regulations of our country at this stage require the government to play a leading role in the process of airport financing business activities,due to the investment pressure of Dalian Municipal Government and the diversified investment fields of Dalian Municipal Government in the process of economic development,it is unable to concentrate its capital resources on the airport expansion projects.Therefore,in the D airport expansion project,the government should take full account of the investment pressure of Dalian Municipal Government and the diversifi In the process,we should meet our own financing business needs through differentiated financing mode,so that the expansion project can be carried out smoothly.This paper will analyze the demand of D airport financing business based on the current research situation of domestic and foreign experts and scholars and the related theory of airport financing business.This paper designs the financing mode of D airport by choosing the financing mode of civil airport in western developed countries and corresponding safeguard measures,combining with the actual needs of D airport financing business activities,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures,hoping that the expansion project of D airport can be operated reasonably with sufficient financial support.Through the effective development of airport financing business activities,the promotion role of airport on regional economic impact can be further enhanced,and the support function of aviation industry can be further developed.In the process of the expansion project,if the airport can not obtain the required funds,it will inevitably cause the development of the expansion project to be hindered.Therefore,this paper combines the financing needs of D airport,puts forward the choice of airport financing mode and corresponding safeguards,which can make the operation of airport expansion project more fully,and bring help for the further development of airport comprehensive service function.The capital market of western developed countries is relatively mature.In the process of financing business of civil airports,they all combine their own airport attributes to carry out diversified financing modes.In the process of this study,by summarizing the actual situation of the financing activities of civil airports in the United States,Britain and other developed countries,the successful experience of the financing activities of civil airports in developed countries is summarized.Through the comparative analysis method,the financing mode and corresponding safeguard measures applicable to civil airports in China are found.The first part of this paper is an introduction,mainly introducing the background,significance and methods of this study;the second part is a summary of the relevant theories of civil airport financing,putting forward the financing mode and financing factors of civil airport,providing the necessary theoretical knowledge for this study;the third part is a summary of airport financing mode and safeguard measures in western developed countries,and discovering the United States.The United Kingdom and Japan have combined their own civil airport attributes to select financing modes,which has effectively supported the financing activities of the airport.The fourth part is the analysis of financing needs of D airport,combining the research status of experts and scholars at home and abroad,dividing D airport into functional zones,analyzing the financing needs of different functional zones and proposing corresponding financing.Capital model;the fifth part is the safeguard measures of D Airport financing;the sixth part is the conclusion of this study,summarizes the research viewpoints and puts forward the research direction. |
