Research On Urban Planning And Management Of Suzhou Industrial Park

Urban planning is the premise and foundation of urban construction and development.As an important public policy,it is a public management activity that the government guides urban development,and its essence is the process of coordinating urban space production and spatial benefit distribution.As the first new city project jointly developed by China and other countries,china-singapore suzhou industrial park is also a representative work of modern new city established by drawing lessons from Singapore's advanced planning and management experience.Its planning and management experience can be used for reference and transferred to other new cities in China.This paper first traces the four stages of the planning and development of suzhou industrial park.On the basis of investigating the actual situation of the planning and management of the park,it summarizes the transferable experience in the planning and management of suzhou industrial park.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward on how to strengthen the planning and management of suzhou industrial park.The aim is to provide successful experience in planning and management of suzhou industrial park for other new cities and to improve the planning and management level of suzhou industrial park.
