Study On Industrial Land Usage And Urban Planning Management In Chongqing City

Industry is the main driving force for the urban development. The development of industry are very important both to economic growth and structural optimization. Presently, Chongqing has offered the development pattern called"Lap two wings"and the development strategy called"balance urban and rural development". Meanwhile, if only research on macrostructure, such as dimension, spatial layout and functions, it is difficult for traditional urban planning management to join the economic goals and industrial planning together. Therefore, in the premise of rational principle and standard operation, a new benign relation must form between the urban management and the design for industry. This thesis tries to analyze industrial construction from the microstructure, and makes a deep anatomy of roots on issues. Then find out effective management which can result in the mutual-wins between the land conservation and the supply and demand balance. According to the analyses upwards, this thesis focuses on control method and efficient approaches based on"Planning targets".There are five parts of this thesis.Part one includes chapter one which is introduction. The introduction mainly describes the research origin, the research content, the significance and method frame as the base of the thesis.Part two includes chapter two.The content of chapter three are the analysis of the shortage of recent industrial landusage of Chongqing city and urban planning control.Then the thesis sharply pointed out the problems of industrial landusage in Chongqing.Part three includes chaper three.This chapter deeply revels the root reason of problems of industial landusage in Chongqing city from urban planning management,economic development and policies.Part four includes chapter four and five.This part are the responses of problem in industrial landusage from urban planning management aspect,and pointed out the method to solve the problem of industrial landusage in Chongqing.Finally,this chapter gives several examples of industrial landusage management of some cities in China and overseas.Part five includes chapter six.This part mainly includes the summarizes of this thesis of three points.Point one which is to change the industrial landusage control mode.Point two which is to control industrial servese facilities.Point three which is to improve the management.
