With the increasing maturity of computer technology,and in the context of strong national support for the construction of production information technology,each company of the power system has set up an independent information management system.The development of high-speed informatization of the power system has become an inevitable trend.Due to the rapid progress of the domestic industrial level and the speed of economic construction,the demand for electricity is only increasing,so every year a large number of newly built transmission lines of equipment are put into operation.Most of companies of the existing grassroots power inspection only interface with their superiors in terms of office automation information management systems,which cannot be implemented to the actual business.As the workload soars,the number of inspectors remains unchanged,and the management of inspection information still relies on traditional spreadsheet management and paper-based ledgers.So its efficiency is extremely low,the process is complex and responsibilities are confusing.This makes management very inconvenient.The management system of equipment inspection information is based on Web technology and adopts B / S architecture mode,which can be used for seamless handover between the desktop end and the browser end of mobile equipment.Html5 technology,Java Script technology,Bootstrap front-end framework are used to complete front-end and mobile acquisition information solutions.The Django framework is used on the back end to develop business logic.In this paper,Explains the design ideas and development practice of the transmission line equipment inspection information management system.First,the research background and domestic and foreign advanced industry solutions are analyzed.It also describes the requirements of the development system and what technologies are needed;then select the overall architecture and technology stack of the system,design each functional requirement and module of the system,and complete the structure design of the database and the design of the security requirement scheme.By writing the actual code of each functional module,the system development was completed,and the implementation effect of each module of the system was given.After that,performance testing and functional testing were performed,and they all met the design expectations.Finally,summarize the development and testing process of the system problems encountered and solutions.The system described in this paper uses the relatively advanced lightweight open source framework in current Internet filed for development,which can adapt to the seamless docking of mobile terminal and desktop terminal.Compared with the traditional development of power inspection system,there is no need to purchase expensive mobile device terminals and a large number of personnel to form a development team to participate in the integrated development.With a very short development and iteration cycle,individuals can quickly enter the development state and complete the full stack development.The test and maintenance in the later stage of development is relatively simple.Compared with the maintenance cost of traditional software architecture system,its operation and maintenance cost is very low.Moreover,the module development of new functions in the later stage is more convenient compared with the traditional software development.By using this system,the personnel concerned can effectively improve their work efficiency and make their business processes more standardized.A complete set of standardized information processes for inspection work will be formed and the inspection management process will be standardized,from inspection planning,programme implementation,equipment repair reporting to confirmation of repair completion.In the process of inspection,the equipment information provided by the system can be viewed through the handheld terminal in such a way that the status of the equipment is checked and confirmed in detail on site,and the probability of error in the inspection process can be effectively reduced.At the same time,the inspection method changes from "direct inspection of equipment and filling in of paper reports on site" to "checking items according to the system’s prompts and submitting real-time information directly through the system".This makes an unprecedented change in the way inspections are carried out,realizing the real-time flow of information between the various maintenance departments and ultimately enabling the equipment to operate healthily and efficiently over the long term.The system designed in this paper has good interactivity and stability,and provides reference and help for the construction of the current inspection system for grassroots power.
