The distribution network is closely connected with power users,and its failure will directly affect people's daily work and life.Therefore,rapid positioning,isolation and recovery of distribution network faults are the top priority of the power industry.With the increasing access of distributed power supplies,the voltage,power flow and power quality of the distribution network are affected,and the self-healing of faults is becoming more and more difficult.In order to solve this problem,the concept of dynamic microgrid came into being.By combining the modules of power supply,load,energy storage and control,the distributed power supply operation mode was optimized,and a new solution was provided for the fault self-healing of the distribution network.way.Based on the traditional microgrid,this paper proposes the concept of dynamic microgrid.Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of different self-healing methods for distribution network faults,and select self-healing control based on intelligent micro-network for demand-side management as the entry point.According to the pre-configured algorithm strategy,plan islands are formed to improve the system black start capability.Combining particle swarm optimization(Quantum-behaved PSO,QPSO)with binary particle swarm optimization(Binary PSO,BPSO),a comprehensive algorithm for multi-objective nonlinear optimization problems with continuous and discrete variables is proposed.A dynamic microgrid operation optimization and fault recovery multi-agent system based on this algorithm is built.On this basis,this paper analyzes the micro-grid system with photovoltaic and fuel cells in Linyi City,Shandong Province,to analyze the advantages of dynamic microgrid voltage,network loss and other energy indicators and fault recovery speed.In this paper,dynamic microgrid optimization operation and fault self-healing example verification show that the particle swarm optimization of dynamic microgrid has better loss and voltage offset than traditional grid and immune algorithm under different distributed energy output and load changes.In the event of a failure,the dynamic microgrid can be reconstructed more quickly and with its variable network structure,and the recovered system is better than the traditional microgrid.Considering the voltage improvement indicator and the network loss improvement indicator comprehensively,it provides a solution for the microgrid to access the distribution network.
