Because of the energy shortage and the environment under pressure, therenewable energy sources’s development has become an inevitable trend, whichcontains wind power, solar power and small hydropower station etc. The expectedwithin the next few years, the proportion of the distributed power generation will bemore than30%. But the distributed power has some characteristics that containdispersion, instability, intermittent etc. It makes the power grid’peak and valley valueincreased, the stability reduced, the power supply efficiency, reduced and the powerquality problem is more serious. Leading to the power grid’s ability that admit thedistributed power is limited.The traditional distribution networks self-healing logic always rely on themicrocomputer relay protection; coordinate with each other by using the Three-phasecurrent protection’s time and current difference, and there is no direct communicationcontact between the microcomputer relay protections. But in the environment ofSmart distribution grid, a large number of distributed resource accessed, causing thedistribution network’s voltage distribution and substantial changed more profound,the microcomputer relay protection appears conflict, including lower sensitivity,refusing action and the Malfunction, etc., and the coordination of them has trouble. Itcan’s positioning and separate the fault timely.The key of solving this problem is the cooperation relationship between themicrocomputer protection should be more closely, and the distribution network’sself-healing logic can’t rely only on microcomputer protection, but need of higherpower distribution automation system cooperate to compete this process. The generaldistribution automation system can only acquisition and display intelligent terminal’sreal time data, not only didn’t contain self-healing control logic and algorithm butalso didn’t consider distributed power supply access.Multi-Agent technology is a branch of distributed artificial intelligence, oftenused to address the problem that space distributed, needing cooperation andindeterminacy. Therefore, this article will bring the Multi-Agent technology into theSmart Distribution’s self-healing system, make the relay protection in coordinationand performance are more flexibility, adaptability and reliability; To make up for the distribution network automation system in distributed power exists from the poorperformance. And combined with immune algorithm, using random spanning tree wayto produce antibody, the dynamic change antigen, with high frequency variationmeans antibody variation, make full use of distributed artificial intelligence quickcomputation of the advantage and realize the fast algorithm convergence, and makethe self-healing system in fault as soon as possible after the scheme comes.
