In the power system,relay protection is to protect the system by disconnecting the faulty equipment or the fault point from the system in the event of a system failure.With the continuous improvement of power stability,improving the reliability of relay protection system operation has gradually become a topic of concern for researchers in the industry,and scientific and effective maintenance means is one of the keys to ensure the normal operation of relay protection system..This paper first explains the principle of intelligent substation debugging and maintenance,analyzes the intelligent substation debugging process,then checks the secondary system loop on the site,and checks the equipment transmission situation to ensure the normal and reliable operation of the field equipment.The principle of unification,accurately grasp the operating status and development trend of the equipment,and formulate maintenance strategies according to the status evaluation and maintenance level.Then the relay protection and repair method is studied.The performance of the relay protection device has three stages,the early defect stage,the stable defect stage and the loss defect stage.The Weibull distribution and the Gaussian distribution function are used to model the model results using the least squares method.Correct the defect rate curve,including individual defect correction,familial defect correction,maintenance equivalent age correction and health status equivalent age,so as to accurately display the defect rate distribution characteristics of the relay device,and use the cumulative value of the device defect probability threshold A reasonable overhaul plan.In order to formulate a more reasonable intelligent substation relay protection system state maintenance plan,the following three aspects must be fully considered:when the protection equipment interval is the same,the overall maintenance is required;for substations located on both sides of the same line,the protection equipment should be It is possible to achieve synchronous maintenance;in order to avoid repeated power failure,it is necessary to synchronize with the primary equipment when performing maintenance system maintenance.Through the analysis of the maintenance and repair program,it can promote the development of the intelligent change protection system.And the actual case protection device failure case analysis proves the effectiveness of the relay maintenance method designed in this paper.Finally,the paper summarizes the paper,analyzes the existing deficiencies,and puts forward suggestions for future work.
