The Water Conservancy Management Section of Jincheng Municipal Water Affairs Bureau is mainly responsible for guiding the management,protection and comprehensive utilization of water conservancy facilities in the city and undertaking the water regime early warning work in the city.On the basis of the original relatively simple daily management system for water supply and drainage,and in accordance with the general requirements for the construction of "digital city" in Shanxi province,the water conservancy management department has introduced more advanced technologies,combined with automated and systematic management methods,developed a new system for the safety management of water supply and drainage,and carried out research on the safety management system to explore how to carry out the system construction.The water supply and drainage safety management system is a set of system which is developed by using Spring MVC lightweight framework,combines the needs of water supply and drainage safety management business,and uses My Eclipse integrated development platform to develop enterprise application programs.The development process uses object-oriented programming language JAVA,integrates Ajax,GIS and other foreground technologies,My SQL provides a guarantee for the safe storage of system data.The main work of this paper is as follows: First,the background and current situation of water supply and drainage safety management industry were studied in the early stage.Safety management is an important link in the water supply and drainage work of Jincheng Municipal Water Affairs Bureau.It is necessary to improve the safety management level through digital management mode and collect relevant research basis to clarify the important role of developing safety II management system in practical work.Secondly,the core technology and architecture used in the system design process are analyzed,and a hierarchical application system is established,including data layer,business application layer,presentation layer and client.The data layer is responsible for storing,querying and outputting safety management data;The business logic layer is responsible for business logic processing and legitimacy verification;The presentation layer is responsible for user interaction and page content display.The client provides access interfaces for different users.Thirdly,the demand of the system is analyzed and the functional processes are defined.Through the analysis of the system architecture and functional modules,the functional modules such as flood control management,safety activity management,safety information base,hidden danger investigation and management management,safety inspection,safety training are designed using UML modeling technology,and the sequence diagram and database table structure of the functional modules are constructed.Fourth,the technical implementation of the safety management system describes the implementation process of each functional module,and develops the program calling process,core technologies and program codes of the functions,which can provide comprehensive business management functions for flood prevention work,safety activities,hidden danger investigation and related training work.Fifth,the system has been tested for function,data integrity and performance,and specific test cases have been designed to verify that the system meets the original design objectives.Through simulating a large number of users accessing the system function modules concurrently,the system operation status and response time have been tested to judge the system performance bottleneck,and finally the system performance has been optimized.Through testing,the system can operate efficiently,stably and safely.The water supply and drainage safety management system studied in this topic provides technical support and stable guarantee for safe production.It can help the water conservancy management department of Jincheng Municipal Water Affairs Bureau to realize the electronic operation,management and maintenance of related businesses,and transform the original tedious work links into intelligent operation procedures,thus saving time and manpower.Through a unified management platform,a convenient communication channel is established for Jincheng Municipal Water Affairs Bureau and its subordinate units to improve the safety management level in an all-round way.The development of the system in this paper makes a new exploration on the working mode of the water conservancy management department of Jincheng Municipal Water Affairs Bureau.
