Study On Coupling Relationship Between Land Transportation Accessibility And The Level Of Economic Growth In Liaoning Province

The transportation is the foundation of the economic communication among the cities,especially land transportation,and plays an important role in the improvement of the comprehensive strength of the city and the formation of the urban agglomeration.Fast and efficient land transportation system is a symbol of social productivity progress in a country or a region,and it is also the foundation of regional economic development.Liaoning Province is an important old industrial base in China.With the further development of China Reform and Opening Policy,the economic situation of Liaoning Province is becoming more and more severe.Therefore,the coordination relationship of land transportation and economic development will greatly affect the future development direction of Liaoning Province.This paper studies the development law of land transportation and economy system in Liaoning Province,and provides reference for government departments to make transportation planning,economic construction and other aspects of the policy.This paper takes 14 prefectural cities of Liaoning Province as the research units.Firstly,the coupling status of land transportation system and economic system is analyzed.Specifically including the integration of 2016 road network data,get the accessibility of the city land transportation accessibility,and based on the multi-index evaluation system,the principal component analysis method is used to evaluate the economic development level of each city in 2016,and the coupling relationship between the two systems is obtained by using the coupling coordination model.Then the land transportation accessibility in 2020 is predicted according to the relevant transportation planning scheme and the economic development level of every city in 2020 is obtained by using the GM(1,l).Finally,the land transportation accessibility and the level of economic development in 1996 and 2007 are calculated,and the coupling and coordination relations between 1996,2007 and 2020 are calculated,and the evolution of land transportation,economy and coupling from 1996 to 2020 is analyzed.The conclusion is drawn:(1)The land transportation accessibility in Liaoning Province has been greatly improved.The upgrading of traffic technology has made the level of accessibility more and more relevant to the geographical location of the city.(2)Although the economy of Liaoning Province remains controllable under the macro-control of the country,in the long term,the economic prospects of Liaoning Province are not optimistic because of the heavy damage caused by industry,and the gap between the economic prospects of Liaoning Province and other provinces is very large.(3)The coupling and coordination relationship between land transportation and economic development in Liaoning Province is at a medium level,and land transportation has little effect on Economic Development of Liaoning Province,and the economic development has a positive role in promoting the land transportation accessibility.and the economic development in most areas lags behind the land traffic construction seriously.(4)The economic,land transportation and economic development coordination of the whole province is not balanced.Shenyang and Dalian are far ahead of other cities in the coordination of the economy and the coordination level of the two systems.The northwest region has always been relatively backward.
