Horizontal transportation operation scheduling problem has always been one of the key links restricting the production efficiency of automated container terminals.Usually,the production capacity of automated terminals is huge,which leads to the congestion of horizontal transportation equipment in the transportation path,and to a certain extent affects the production efficiency of automated terminals.In order to improve the scheduling problem of horizontal transport link in automated terminals,some automated terminals put forward a new type of equipment-ALV(Automated Lifting Vehicles).ALV does not need the auxiliary operation of quayside bridge and yard bridge,and avoids the coupling process of traditional quayside bridge and automated yard bridge.The functions of ALV self-lifting and self-releasing containers make the terminal equipped with special operation buffer,and its task scheduling is different from that of traditional terminal.Therefore,this paper combines ALV task allocation with container storage location to support the application of ALV.Firstly,aiming at minimizing the maximum completion time of quayside crane tasks,this paper constructs an ALV task dispatching and container storage location dispatching optimization model.The model aim at optimizing the ALV task sequence,reducing production time delays and improving the production efficiency of the quay.Secondly,a large-scale algorithm is designed to solve the above model while verifying the validity of the model.Thirdly,considering the queuing and waiting phenomena of terminal horizontal transport equipment,the paper abstracts it into a congestion function and establishes an ALV task dispatching and container storage location dispatching optimization model considering congestion.The purpose is to further reduce ALV's time spent on route and ALV's no-load time.Fourthly,with the help of solution software to solve the problem and verify the validity of the model.The paper analyze the congestion settings in the model,and propose a heuristic algorithm for large-scale solution.The task allocation of ALV is optimized by the shortest time principle,and the validity of the model is verified by the value of the objective function.Finally,the algorithm is tested to solve a large-scale example,revealing the intrinsic relationship between ALV task dispatching and storage location dispatching.The solving experimental data of the model shows that this paper can meet the requirements of ALV task dispatching and storage location allocation.This paper can also balance the ALV operation time.Considering the congestion situation,the ALV idle distance is reduced again,and the total processing time of ALV is accelerated.The algorithm in this paper can efficiently dispatch the actual scale examples and meet the needs of production operations.In addition,this paper reveals the inherent law of congestion factors on horizontal transport equipment.
