The container terminal loading and unloading production system realizes the transfer and storage of containers through various types of handling machinery and yard buffer areas,which is a special case of the flexible manufacturing system.In recent years,the container terminal is constantly developing in the direction of automation.In order to prevent external factors from interfering with automated yard operations and at the same time facilitating the management of the automated yard,the layout of automated yard is mostly enclosed.This kind of special layout makes the phenomenon that there is only one road on the land side of the automated yard for the collecting and dispatching vehicles to running on,and the service quality of this road directly affects the efficiency of the collecting and dispatching of the terminal.Based on modern system science theory,traffic flow theory and system simulation technology,this thesis researches and analyzes the transportation problems of the collecting and dispatching system under two common handling technologies of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal.And the following results have been achieved:(1)The analysis of the production efficiency of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal is completed.In the premise of in-depth analysis of the static complexity and dynamic complexity of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminals,analyzing the influencing factors of the production efficiency of the system from two aspects: handling efficiency on the land side of the automated yard and the performance of the roads.And point out that due to the handing operation of the automated yards at both ends,the collecting and dispatching operations of the automated terminal have higher requirements for the service quality of the roads than the traditional terminal.(2)A method for evaluating the transport services quality of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminals is put forward.On the basis of in-depth analysis of the transport characteristics of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminals,establishing a formal model of traffic flow of the system based on the two-fluid theory,and put forward a method for evaluating the transport services quality of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal.(3)The simulation model of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal is established.Using the Petri net theory to establish the leveling model and dynamic model of the collecting and dispatching system as the modeling basis.At the same time,setting up the vehicle safety driving rules based on the cellular automata.Then using the modularized theory to set up the simulation model of the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal.(4)The parametric measurement of the evaluation model is accomplished.Based on the simulation model for the collecting and dispatching system of the automated container terminal,designing simulation tests,accomplishing the parameter measurement of the evaluation model,getting the evaluation formula which could quantitatively analyzing the influence of the layout and the mechanical performance of the automated container terminal on the transport services quality under the different handling technologies of the collecting and dispatching system.The research results of this thesis provide a theoretical reference for the planning and design of automated container terminals and provide a new research idea for the traffic problems of automated container terminals,which has important academic significance and engineering value.
