| The clean metal siding is an important part of the clean workshop represented by biomedicine,electronics,new energy and so on.The annual demand can reach 50 million square meters.At present,the production method of the clean metal siding of each factory is a semi-automatic production mode,the production efficiency is low,the skill dependence of the production workers is high,and the quality and loss control are difficult,so it is a labor-intensive production mode.This thesis starts from the design requirements of the automatic production line of the clean metal siding,and takes the process design,structural design and the combination of automatic production line as the research object,and carries out the following main work.Based on the structural composition of the clean metal siding and its product performance requirements,the process principle and process of the production of the clean metal siding are determined.According to the overall design index,the takt time of the automatic production line is calculated,and the design parameters of each process of the automatic line are proposed.The key technical difficulties in the manufacturing process of the clean metal siding were analyzed,such as coating and rock wool filling.According to the design parameters,the design and calculation of the coating process and the rock wool filling process were carried out.According to the design results of the coating process and the rock wool filling process,the structural design of the coating machine and the rock wool filling machine,the selection and calculation of the key components and the design of the pneumatic circuit were carried out.And the coating machine and the rock wool filling machine were obtained.The design scheme of coating machine and rock wool filling machine is obtained.The key components of rock wool filling machine were statically analyzed with ANSYS finite element software.According to the actual production needs,a reasonable process layout was carried out for the entire automatic line.Based on the principles and methods of the automatic production line process design,the equipment model of the entire automatic line is integrated.The automatic production line of the clean metal siding designed in this thesis can increase the efficiency by 4-5 times compared with the traditional manual production mode.It liberates the production labor of the enterprise.It has important significance for promoting technological innovation in the purification equipment industry and realizing efficient energy-saving production of enterprises. |
