The double-base explosive is a spiral weapon launching propellant,it can be directly loaded into the rocket solid engine after end surface coated.At present,double-base,modified double-base propellant's life in more than 15 years,but due to migration,coating debonding of propellant coating,it leads coated propellant's life shortened.For continuing the life of the coated propellant,it need to replace the propellant's coating in storage after a certain period of time.The end surface coating of the propellant needs to be repaired,and remove the propellant coating,then coating propellant's end surface coating again.The traditional propellant's end surface coating repairing technology needs the production personnel to repair the propellant's end surface coating on the lathe,the production personnel's labor intensity is heavy and the efficiency is low.In particular,there is a large number of the propellant in the end surface coating repairing room and the room is full of flammable dust,in case of explosion,it will result in serious accidents.According to the requirements of the automatic repair process of the propellant's coating,this paper designs the automatic repairing scheme of the end surface coating of the propellant,designs the automatic repairing production line for the propellant's end surface coating,realizing production personnel's remote control,to improve production safety.In this paper,according to the production conditions and the repairing process,analyzing the feasibility of automatic repairing,developing the automatic repairing process and the automatic repairing production line of propellant's end surface coating,and designing the mechanical structure,pneumatic and control system for the automatic production line of propellant's end surface.Automatic repairing production line's drive mode is all pneumatic,designing of drug ring clamping device,adopting double-face-repairing method,to improve the safety and quality of the restoration of the propellant's end surface coating,Finally,assessing the environmental risk of the repairing room environment andanalyzing the protective measures of the electrical and non electrical aspects of the repairing production line of the propellant's end surface coating.Installation and commissioning the production line for the propellant's end surface coating,sampling the quality of the propellant's end surface,checking the function of automatic repairing production line.Analyzing and eliminating the common faults of the pneumatic system,proposing daily maintenance of pneumatic system,to state of the technical conditions of the automatic repairing production line of the propellant's end surface coating.
