The heat pipe network refers to the collection of heat pipes from the heat source to the thermal inlet of the building,because it contains a variety of equipments such as pumps,heat exchangers,valves,pipes,etc,therefore the traditional field training methods are no longer able to meet current needs.In modern society,with the extensive development of virtual reality technology,a large number of enterprises and research institutions at home and abroad have begun to use VR technology to develop and complete the virtual display,disassembly,maintenance,manufacturing,performance analysis,training,and so on.of the products.Next,this paper takes a heat pipe network in Shijiazhuang as the research object,and puts forward the topic of “Development of maintenance and training system for thermal pipe network equipment based on VR technology”.This project uses SolidWorks,Cinema 4D and Unity3 D engines as development tools,and combines C# and VeryEngine programming tools to complete the following research and system development work:(1)The overall framework of the heat pipe network simulation training system was constructed;(2)Research on the overall structure,working principle and maintenance and repair process of thermal pipe network equipment and its key equipment;(3)Key technologies for virtual simulation training systems,such as virtual scene environment construction,component highlighting,perspective conversion,collision detection,mouse drag,picture-in-picture display,interactive disassembly,voice prompts,particle effects,user registration,scores Report output and other technologies have been researched and implemented;(4)Script development for the development of a virtual maintenance and maintenance training system for key equipment of the heat pipe network;(5)Completed 3D modeling of key equipment,virtual simulation optimization processing,disassembly and assembly,maintenance and maintenance animation,and production of special effects;(6)The use of programming and interface design means to realize the integrated development of the key equipment simulation maintenance training system with the functions of “teaching”,“practice” and “exam”.The development of this system provides a new training method for the maintenance and maintenance training of thermal pipe network equipment,and a meaningful exploration and implementation of the virtual simulation teaching training system for VR technology development,and it has a good exploration and reference for the equipment maintenance and training of 3D visualization.
