Research And Development Of A Virtual Simulation Training And Maintenance System For A Certain Naval Gun's Pulck Bomb Mchine

To achieve the purpose,we begin whit the basic part information of the Pulck bomb Mchine, using pro/e software we established three-dimensional model of basic parts and assembly body; established pulck bomb mchine fault tree; given a kind of training effect evaluation method and establish the evaluation model; improved the parallel algorithm of assembly sequence which based on directed constraint graph, and obtained the disassembling sequence planning method of the pulck bomb mchine; introduced a automatic assembly technology which was based on the re-development of pro/e,this technology provides a support for the man-machine interactive disassembling training; using pro/e software we make the work principle animation, finally achieved the assemble and disassemble animated simulation of the Pulck bomb Mchine.Through the re-development of pro/e,we generated t a good interactivity system interface, and realized a disassembling training of the pulck bomb mchine in uman-computer interaction.In this paper, we consider the disassembling and maintenance training practical of the Naval Gun's Pulck bomb Mchine which was widespread use by current naval forces, and analyse the problems existing in the training process, designed a desktop type virtual simulation training and maintenance system for the traineeset who can complete the training On the computer. System has been able to realize the function of auxiliary teaching; demo disassembly process and working principle simulation animation;man-machine interactive training function; System can provide theoretical study, animation and interactive training of the Naval Gun's Pulck bomb Mchine for trainee.
