Research On Quality Evaluation System Of Air Traffic Control Team Training

In order to meet the demand of the ATC teams’ development,full range of ATC professional training should be given to the front-line staff,so as to promote the quality of ATC teams’ human resources development.This is a in-depth study about the ATC front-line staff teams’ training.On the basis of the current situation of the air traffic controllers’ training,the study also fully reflects the ATC front-line staff’s training effect.Combined with the detailed analysis of the ATC front-line staff teams’ training and the characteristics of the ATC training system,the study comprehensively analyzes the difficulties and blocks of the ATC front-line staff teams’ training and it also gives some pertinent countermeasures to provide available points and experience for the air traffic controller teams.
