| Civil aviation of CHINA is developing rashly since the 21st century.The transportation capacity of civil aviation is second only to the United States.As a major domestic tourism province,South of Caiyun always occupies the top position in the tide of civil aviation development.In 2019,Kunming Airport completed 357,080 flights,ranking the fourth in China.In 2021,due to the impact of the novel coronavirus epidemic,Kunming Airport completed 279,471 flights,ranking seventh in China.According to the data,Kunming Airport has always been among the top 10 in terms of air transport capacity in China.It plans to have 540,000 takeoff and landing flights per year in 2025,about 1.5 times of the existing guaranteed flights.The increasing flight flow has led to increasing pressure on the controllers of Yunnan Air Traffic Control Branch(hereinafter referred to as "controllers").In addition,the current work system is not sound,the working environment is not comfortable and other factors,which affect the work satisfaction of the controllers,to some extent affect the controllers’ working attitude and efficiency,and further affect the safety,efficiency and sustainable development of the aviation industry.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the real situation of the controller’s job satisfaction from the perspective of the controller’s occupational characteristics and behavioral characteristics.In this paper,the sample range is determined by Yunnan Air Traffic Control Branch of Civil Aviation,where the author works.Firstly,the literature research method is used to sort out and analyze the work satisfaction of domestic and foreign controllers,and the theoretical basis of this paper is laid by combining Herzberg’s two-factor theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory.The questionnaire scale was developed according to the theoretical research and the status quo of controllers.After revised and verified analysis,the questionnaire was put into implementation.Through the methods of difference analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the research found that the nature of work,self-realization,working environment,salary return and career development had a positive impact on the job satisfaction of controllers.Based on the questionnaire analysis results,interviews were conducted with representative controllers,and the influence of six dimensions on controllers was presented in the form of word cloud map.Finally,according to the influencing factors,four suggestions for improving the human resource management of controllers in branch companies are put forward:first,scientific career planning;The second is to improve and optimize the salary and welfare system;Third,effectively reduce the work load;Fourth,improve the level of fine management.The above four suggestions can provide reference for other areas of the domestic air traffic administration to solve similar problems,and enrich the research results in related fields of employee job satisfaction.. |
