The paper is studied the progress management of G school three stage expansion project.After systematically arranging the related theories of project schedule management,and combining with the concrete cases of the three stage expansion project of G school,the project schedule design and optimization scheme based on the progress management theory are discussed.The paper firstly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the research,and gets to know the related literature and clarify the research context.Finishing related research on schedule management at home and abroad,we initially understand the application of schedule management in project management.Through the arrangement of basic concepts such as project management and project progress management basic theory,and the arrangement of the core tools and methods of project schedule management,the theory of project progress management is fully understood,and the theoretical foundation of this paper is laid.Secondly,introduce the three stage expansion project of G school,understand the general situation of the project,explain the characteristics and general requirements of the project,and introduce the organization structure of project management.Thirdly,according to the progress management theory,based on the actual situation of the three stage expansion project of G school and the overall construction progress,the work structure or task of the G school three stage expansion project is decomposed,the key lines of the Gantt map are drawn,the inner relationship of the project is cleared and the period budget is determined.The preliminary progress plan is compiled,and the progress plan is optimized in combination with the actual situation,and a feasible and relatively superior project schedule management basis is formed.Then,combined with the implementation of the project progress of the G school three stage expansion project,it is found that the main factors affecting the project progress include policy adjustment,climate change,shortage of funds and so on,through setting up a guarantee system from the aspects of organizational guarantee,resource security,safety guarantee and information guarantee,and puts forward the countermeasures against the possible Procrastination of the project,give some management measures to ensure the implementation of the plan during the implementation of the schedule are clearly defined.In order to avoid the delay caused by inadequate preplan.This study shows that the application of scientific project schedule management theory and method and the development of project schedule plan can effectively control the progress of the project,so as to ensure the successful completion of the project.I hope that through the improvement of the shortcomings of this article,the conclusions of this paper can help to schedule management research and practice of similar projects.
