The Rongcheng cultural and creative center is a project invested by the Rongcheng government,the project include the hotel and artist studio.This paper mainly research the progress management of the cultural and creative center hotel,to ensure the project completed within the planned construction period.The schedule management of the cultural and creative center hotel construction project is very important to avoid project delay and unnecessary economic losses and social impact.Schedule management,quality management and cost management are the three key points of the project management.The scientific project schedule management method is used to manage the project construction.Meanwhile,project quality management and financial risk prevention are carried out to balance the project construction period and invested resources.Therefore,the research of the project construction schedule management is very important.I research the Rongcheng cultural and creative center hotel project in this paper,using the project management and project schedule management to guide the construction process of the cultural and creative center hotel project.I find some problem of the project progress by analysis the construction environment,progress,organization management characteristics of the cultural and creative center hotel project,etc.The Work Breakdown Structures and double code arrow diagram and other methods are used to make the project Plan,Which will be re optimized by Comparing with the total project duration.Using the resource optimization method and rush method to re optimize schedule and determine the critical path.The S-curve method is used to analyze the deviation between the construction progress and the expected schedule,and the deviation between the actual cumulative investment and the expected cumulative investment of the cultural and creative center hotel project,to predict the future construction progress.If the project progress has the risk of delay,it is necessary to take some measures to control the progress,which can ensure the cultural and creative center hotel project completed in the planned construction period.Combing with the actual situation of the project,I put forward some guarantee measures such as organization optimization,financial management,quality control,safety production,etc,which can ensure the project schedule.This paper has a positive effect on the project schedule management of the Rongcheng cultural and creative center hotel,Which provide theory support for the engineering practice.Meanwhile the project management theory and schedule control method are applied in the actual project.This paper make a scientific project schedule to ensure the project duration for the project,and provide some reference for the progress management of government investment projects and similar small hotels or small construction projects in the future.
