As one of the strategic industry of China,our government have introduced a series of financial subsidies and tax relief policies to better develop the new energy automotive industry,and constantly improving the supporting infrastructure,stepping up the layout of technology development and innovation of new energy vehicles in our country.The development of the new energy automotive industry is facing rare opportunities.But at the same time,there remains many difficulties in promoting and applying the new energy vehicles,the traditional fuel vehicles still occupy the dominant position of car market,while the new energy vehicles are of low recognition and popularity.What's more,the current infrastructure and key technology are still the major obstacles of the industry.In addition,the future subsidy policy have been showing a landslide situation,and our government will regulate the new energy automotive industry and the new energy vehicles more stringent.In this context,its of great necessary for those new energy vehicle companies,which are shouldering not only a long-term development needs but also the national mission,to develop and master the core technology?manufacture best porducts and make scientific development strategies.N Company is a new companie which have approved the MIIT's production qualification of new energy vehicles.However,the current development strategy of N Company is fuzzy,and the company is wanting in careful strategic deployment and corresponding security strategy implementation mechanism,which finally causing a lack of continuously developing ability.Moreover,N Company's current operation is largely depended on the east wind of good policy of our country,but now,the wind direction may change and the competition in new energy automotive industry is aready very fierce.Therefore,it's important to generate development strategies for N Company's new energy vehicles.This paper mainly analyzes the external macro environment?industry environment and competition situation of N Company's development,and it's internal resources condition.What's more,this paper also analyzes N Company's capability in material procurement,product development,production management,marketing services and human resources management.And above all,the SWOT matrix analysis are conducted,and finally come to a conclusion that the development opportunities of N Company's new energy vehicles are higher than the threat,and the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.So,it's more suitable for N Company to chose some growth and expansion strategy.Considering the strategic objectives and strategic positioning,this paper finally generates strengthening strategy,vertical integration strategy,cost leadership strategy and differentiation strategy.Also,this paper discusses some guarantee methods of strategy implementation.Through the study of this paper,it is conducive to form a clear and comprehensive understanding of the favorable and unfavorable factors in the internal and external environment,and beneficial to enhance N Company's market competitiveness and promote a scientific and long-term development.
