Multi point leveling system plays a more and more important role in modern society. In the military field, multi point leveling system with high accuracy is an important guarantee for the ground mobile weapons and equipment. In civilian areas, with the rapid development of China’s economic construction, bridge, large machinery, shipbuilding, metallurgy and oil industry, large construction more and more, in the infrastructure construction, sometimes need to work platform must maintain a certain level, application of multi point leveling system ensures the construction work.Multi point leveling system can be divided into moving base leveling system and static base leveling system of two categories. For the mobile carrier bearing platform leveling moving base leveling system is characterized, while moving the platform leveling, fast real-time leveling, generally relatively small load. The static base leveling system for a fixed base on the bearing platform leveling, or for the automatic adjusting fast mobile carrier to stop after the platform flat. This paper mainly studies the static base leveling system.Firstly, the composition and working principle of multi point leveling system are briefly described, the machine electricity leveling system and hydraulic leveling system composition and the function of each component are discussed in detail, analyzes technical index of multi-point leveling system.Secondly, established the mathematical model of the working platform, analyzes the relationship between the multi platform angle and leg to adjust distance. A brief description of the control principle of leveling leveling method and leveling angle error control method of position error, on this basis, analysis and calculation of three points, four point platform platform and the six platform position error adjustment method of adjusting the distance, adjust the time, the position error adjustment method and angle error control the advantages and disadvantages of flat method are compared in the paper, four kinds of position error adjustment method of adjusting the distance, adjust the time comparison. The multi point leveling system of "virtual leg" problems and puts forward the solutions.Then, a design method of multi point leveling system based on PCC is given. From the overall design, the leg design, design of the hardware and software described in detail the design method of leveling system.Finally, the thesis was summarized, and the future research direction was proposed.
