| With the change of domestic economic situation,the market situation of China,s construction industry is generally declining.Except for a small number of cities,the market volume of most cities in the country has been decreasing for several years.The weak market in the construction industry puts forward higher requirements for the control of construction cost of construction projects.Based on this background,construction units need to optimize cost control more urgently,fundamentally reduce cost expenditure to achieve the cost objectives of the project,and even exceed the cost objectives of the project,in order to improve the profit margin of construction projects,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the market,so that enterprises can maintain their own in the fierce competitive environment.The advantages of the body,so as to achieve greater development.Taking the construction cost control of LNG project of A company as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the first phase cost control of Ningxia Hongyu LNG project,and points out the existing problems in the process of cost control,mainly including the imperfection of cost control system,improper procurement and management of construction materials,and insufficient coordination of the relationship between cost and schedule.On this basis,through the application of construction cost control theory,earned value method and target cost management theory,a more systematic and sound project cortstruction cost control scheme is designed for A company,including the principle of project cost control,the establishment and improvement of LNG project construction cost control phase.At last,it puts forward the guarantee measures for the effective implementation of the construction project cost control plan of A company.It is hoped that this paper can provide guidance for the cost control of the second phase of Ningxia Hongyu LNG project and the cost control of other projects of the company,and can not provide reference for other similar projects. |
