Target Cost Control Research Of SPP35 PSV In ZJ Shipyard

After experiencing the shipbuilding market in 2007,2008 became a major turning point in the six-year gold development period of the Chinese shipbuilding industry since 2003,it is directly falling from the top to the bottom.Affected by the global financial crisis,the number of orders in China’s shipbuilding industry has declined,and the phenomenon of shipowners’ withdrawals has intensified.The price of new shipbuilding is also showing signs of decline.How to survive in a harsh market environment has become a major issue that many domestic shipyards urgently need to solve.In this paper,based on ZJ shipyard’s current cost management status,and also based on shipyard offshore vessels construction concept,the target cost method and the whole process cost control concept are applied to control the target cost of the shipyard’s existing project SPP35,in order to get the cost control by milstones and also by using dynamic feedback to adjust the construction plan to final achieve cost control of new shipbuilding.The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Analyze the current project cost management of ZJ and find out where its current problems are;2.Prepare the target cost of the ship according to the characteristics of the offshore vessel,and perform cost dynamic control according to the segment;3.Apply the model of the set offshore ship to the SPP35 project,implement the design,procurement and production cost control of the SPP35 project,and monitor and adjust the whole process of the construction of the target ship through the whole process cost dynamic control.Ultimately,the superiority of cost control on the project will be realized,and the competitiveness of the shipyard in the construction of the offshore vessel will be improved.
