Elevator Safety Life Evaluation Method

As a vertical transportation tool in the city,elevator has long been an indispensable tool in people's life and work.The safety of elevator is directly related to people's life safety and quality of life.With the frequent use of elevators,the danger of elevators as special equipment is increasingly reflected.Elevator failures,stranded people and casualties occur from time to time.More and more people begin to pay attention to the safety of elevators,especially the safety of daily use of elevators and the rest of the safety life.This paper analyzes the common faults and problems of various types of elevators and the probability of occurrence by means of on-site inspection,investigation and data statistics,and formulates a safety assessment project table in combination with the routine inspection and maintenance of elevators.The probability and risk level of each project are scored for each evaluation item in the elevator,and the scores of all items in the comprehensive evaluation form are comprehensively scored by the weighting method,and then the elevators are compared according to the evaluation method.Safe and long service life,achieving an intuitive and clear evaluation of the remaining service life.In this paper,several typical elevators are tested by the evaluation method.The test results show that the evaluation method can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the general condition of the equipment,and concisely and clearly reflect the safe service life of the test object.Evaluate the perspective of prevention,reduce the safety and convenience of the fault-protected masses,and provide the basis for investigation and supervision for equipment with low safety factor.
