Research On The Risk Management Of Elevator

In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy and society,the nurnber of elevator is also increasing.Besides,the number of elevators and the probability of elevator accident is also increasing and the number of elevator problems is increasing year by year.According to incomplete statistics,the number of these elevators accounted for 11%.It is urgent to strengthen the safety management and accident prevention of elevators.Risk nianagement is the premise and foundation of accident pievention.Currently,there is a lack of systematic safety assessment methods for elevators.Thus,establishing the systematic,comprehensive and practical research on risk assessment has great theoretical and practical significance.It is of great value to guide the safety management of elevator.The research contents are as follows:(1)In the study of domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of risk management theory,refer to the national standard of classification of accident and casualty of enterprise works,based on elevator accident cases and industry characteristics,this paper systematically enumerates the potential dangerous and harmful factors of elevator.It includes object strike,mechanical injury,lifting injury,electric shock,burning,high fall,fire and so on.Based on more than 6000 elevator combing through the data analysis,according to the equipment life cycle management concept,the elevator manufacturing,installation,use,maintenance,inspection and supervisory subsystem of the whole life cycle of the elevator are studied deeply.Through the investigation of the Zhejiang XiZi elevator manufacturer,Shanghai Mitsubishi elevator corporation in Beijing,Special Equipment inspection institute and relevant supervision,the risk factors of the above six subsystems are systematically sorted cut,so the comprehensive risk evaluation index system of the whole life cycle of the elevator is established.(2)After establishing the risk evaluation index system,detailed combing the existing main methods of risk assessment,according to the army elevator use unit safety management practice,this paper chooses the appropriate risk evaluation method.Then the implementation details of risk assessment are constructed.This facilitates the use of units by units.and it provides reference value for special equipment inspection institutions.In addition,according to the elevator use function difference,this paper establishes the elevator risk classification model and this lays the foundation for classified regulation and risk warning.(3)In order to facilitate the relevant units to strengthen the safety management level of elevators,this paper is based on the idea of full life cycle,combined with elevator manufacturing,installation,use,maintenance,inspection and supervision.Then,the risk alert process and mechanism based on the "three pre" theory and the "six alarm" theory were established.The elevator risk warning system is designed in this paper,and the main functions were identified.And the effective countermeasures are put forward for each link.Thus this provides a reference for the system to solve the elevator safety management.
