Automatic balancing system can effectively suppress the synchronous vibrations caused by the mass imbalance of rotating machinery.As a new dynamic balancing device,automatic balancing system can effectively reduce the downtime loss compared with the traditional offline dynamic balancing system with good performance in good real-time,precision and stability.In automatic balancing system,data acquisition system and control algorithm are important factors affecting the effect of automatic balancing.Therefore,this paper studies the data collection and control algorithm of automatic balance.The specific research contents are listed as follows:(1)The working principle of the automatic balance system is described.The hardware selection of the automatic balance signal acquisition system is completed,and the synchronous and in-phase sampling method based on the acquisition system is designed.(2)Unbalanced vibration identification method is studied and simulated.Based on the installation method of double sensors,the principles of full spectrum dynamic balance,holographic dynamic balance and vector dynamic balance are described,and the simulation calculations of them are completed.Based on the above three balancing algorithms,an automatic balancing control input method based on axis trajectory reconstruction is proposed,and the simulation calculation is completed.(3)Steady-state and unsteady-state automatic balance control algorithms are optimized.The rotor model under steady state and unsteady state is established,and the single/double-plane automatic balance control algorithm based on influence coefficient method under steady state is completed.An automatic balance control algorithm based on the influence coefficient method is proposed in this paper.(4)The above theoretical analyses of the experimental research are completed.Based on Lab VIEW software platform,automatic balance experimental verification of integral period sampling method and axis trajectory reconstruction algorithm are completed on the automatic balance test bench.The influence coefficient database is established for the rotation speed range of the automatic balancing system from 300rpm to 1200rpm.
