| Under the background of the transformation and upgrading of China’s manufacturing industry。In the progress of the times,many enterprises have got the opportunity of rapid development.But enterprises are also facing considerable competitive pressure.As the core link of manufacturing enterprises,the improvement of production line balance optimization is an effective means to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs,which provides a good policy for improving the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper takes the controller production line of JF Electric Equipment Division as the research object.First of all,analysis the work of the controller production line,as the research operation of the production line,the layout of the assembly line and comb the product process,divided work into the minimum operation elements.Secondly,Using time research methods measuring the work elements and make work station’s beats,and then draw the work elements priority relation graph according to actual situation.Based on collected data,using Flexsim simulation software to analyze the depth of the controller production line,and check the accuracy of the simulation model by comparing the simulation results with the actual production results.Secondly,after analyzing the results of the simulation data and charts graph,found that the production line imbalance related issues,analysis of each process idle time,processing time and blocking time’s ratio.Finally,according to the theory of production line balance and other theories determined the balance scheme of the controller production line.First of all,by using the theory of industrial engineering to improve the process of leg shearing work.After the work of leg shearing where after wave soldering is cancelled.Combine the two processes into one process.Secondly,according to the control chart theory analyze the bottleneck process,and according to the sampling data draw the t control chart,obtained the σ by analyze the process is stability or not.Using the “ σ ” method of the two-side specification limit in the one-time sampling inspection of the standard measurement to obtain the batch samples must to be inspected.By the sampling plan to determine the full inspection into sampling of the over-voltage protection function of the controller.Finally,based on the 0-1 integer programming method,the mathematical model of Controller plug-in operation is constructed,and the balance result is obtained by using Lingo software,according to the results of the controller assembly line to optimize the balance adjustment,re-allocation of work elements to the controller plug-in work processes.Finally,using Flexsim simulation software to simulate the optimized controller production line again for verify the balancing scheme.By compare and analyze the evaluation indexes of the optimized and optimized production line balance,the production line balance rate increased from 73.45% to 83.30%,and the production line balance index decreased from 47.04 to 24.68.The goal of balancing and optimizing the production line of the controller is realized.In this paper,made the industrial engineering technology,production line balance theory,control chart theory,sampling inspection method of measurement,0-1 integer programming and Lingo mathematical software are effectively combined,optimized the JF controller production line。The overall optimization shortens the production time,improves the balance rate of the production line,and improves the production efficiency accordingly.The methods and ideas used in this paper are helpful to solve the problem of production line balance in other enterprises and have certain reference significance. |
