Twin-screw extruder is widely used in various production fields,and has been extended from polymer processing to engineering plastics,food,pharmaceutical,textile and paper industry.After reading the references,it is found that the screw combination form of extruder has a regular effect on the filling distribution..POLYFLOW is a fluid analysis software,which has a wide range of applications.In this paper,the transport functions of the 65 Polyflow screw element under different conditions is studied by using the software.Based on this study,the influence of the 65 extruder's screw combination on filling distribution of is studied.And this paper studies the influence of operation technology on filling degree distribution,pressure distribution and torque distribution of twin-screw extruderThrough the research and analysis of the influence law of screw combination form on filling distribution,some useful rules and conclusions are obtained.It is hoped that these laws and conclusions can be applied to production.According to the requirementsof production,the screw combination form is designed quickly and rationally to meet the requiremrnts of optimizations and designs of screw combination,thus improve the production efficiency.
