In recent years,the research and use of unmanned aerial vehicles have become increasingly widespread,especially the small and medium-sized rotor UAV,which has been developed rapidly.Most of the small and medium-sized rotor UAV which use the electric power system as the power source are faced with two problems in the process of their power system design:One is whether the identification parameters of BLDCM and air propeller are accurate;the other is whether the matching efficiency between BLDCM and air propeller is appropriate.In view of the above two problems,the main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,based on the analysis of the composition and function of the rotor UAV electric power system,a test platform is designed to test the electric power system.At the same time,leaving the installation interface between the BLDCM and the air propeller on the test platform,which is convenient for the design of hardware and software of the test platform in the future.Secondly,the electric power system composed of BLDCM and propeller is studied theoretically,that is,the working principle of BLDCM and the aerodynamic analysis theory of propeller.Then,the mathematical models of BLDCM and propeller are established according to the actual situation.Two different types of motor and propeller combinations are selected to carry out numerical simulation research respectively,and the parameters such as rotation speed,tension,power and efficiency of the two combinations are obtained.and a better matching combination is compared and analyzed.Finally,STM32F407 is selected as the main control chip of the test platform of the rotor UAV electric power system,and the corresponding sensors are used to measure the parameters of temperature,rotational speed and tension.The hardware circuit part mainly uses the internal resources of STM32F407 to design the stabilized power circuit,temperature detection circuit,sensor measurement and conversion circuit,communication circuit and other modules of the test platform for the electric power system.It not only reduces the design cost and equipment power consumption,but also enhances the stability and reliability of the test platform.Combined with the hardware circuit,the corresponding measurement program and host computer program are written to complete the real-time measurement and display of temperature,rotation speed,tension and other parameters.Based on the simulation research results,the selected combination is tested on the test platform for many times.The results show that the test platform is accurate and reliable,which can complete the test of the rotor UAV electric power system.
