Nowadays,with the continuous development of the construction industry,high risk,long construction period,capital intensive and more participants are the main features of the construction of the project.Among them,information loss is one of the reasons for the serious loss of resources.After the owners gradually circulate to the design units,construction units and operating units,there is often a lot of lost information and waste.The profit rate of the output value of the domestic construction industry is declining,forcing the owners to improve the information level and increase the profit rate.BIM technology is widely used in the construction industry.Different users have different degrees of application to BIM technology,regardless of the industry dimension or process dimension.There are different levels of understanding of the application value brought by BIM.The application of BIM technology brings certain benefits to the construction industry,but at present,there is still less quantitative research on BIM revenue.Whether the value brought by BIM to construction engineering can match its input,how to use BIM to.make the most effect,It has become a problem worthy of study in the field of engineering construction and BIM application research.This study conducts actual research on engineering projects and combines literature research methods to extract evaluation indicators in BIM technology applications,and uses DEA method model to evaluate BIM application benefits.This paper conducts research through literature reading research method,comparative analysis research method and data envelopment analysis method(DEA method model).The specific research content is roughly divided into the following six parts:The first part is the introduction of this article.The literature review research method is used to summarize the research results of BIM benefit evaluation methods at home and abroad.The research background of BIM and the significance of the construction of BIM application benefit evaluation indicators are expounded.Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign research results,the current research degree and contribution of BIM benefit evaluation are explored and analyzed.The research content,technical route and research methods of this paper and the innovations of this paper are put forward.The second part is the theoretical part,which mainly introduces the related content of benefits and benefit evaluation,DEA model and BIM concept,application mode.This paper selects the DEA method from the mathematical evaluation method to evaluate the benefits of BIM applications,and specifically introduces the basic concepts of the DEA model and the applicability of the evaluation of the benefits of BIM applications.The third part elaborates the construction process of BIM application benefit evaluation system of construction project.The basic principles of selecting the BIM application benefit evaluation index were determined,and the scope of BIM application benefit evaluation index was defined from the perspective of progress management,cost management and quality management using actual engineering applications,and schedule management,cost management,and quality management were established.Three primary indicators,and 30 secondary indicators decomposed according to the definition of benefits.Based on the literature statistics of BIM application benefits in recent years,relevant important indicators were screened and extracted,and finally a BIM application benefit evaluation system was established,which was divided into 3 primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators.The fourth part mainly introduces the construction idea of BIM application efficiency investment efficiency evaluation method for construction project,analyzes the necessity of BIM investment efficiency analysis,establishes the relationship between BIM application efficiency evaluation index and DEA model,and establishes BIM based on DEA method.Applying benefit investment models.The application steps of the DEA evaluation model are clarified,the selection of the DEA decision unit is determined,the input and output content in the DEA model is clarified,and the calculation method of each input and output content is given.In the fifth part,a construction project is selected,and the application of BIM in the construction project and the benefits it brings are introduced in detail.Based on the BIM application benefit evaluation index system,the output index of the DEA model is calculated,and the input index and calculation process of the DEA model are also given.The investment efficiency evaluation results of the BIM application evaluation benefits are obtained.The sixth part is the conclusion part of this article,which summarizes this article.It shows that the BIM application benefit evaluation based on the DEA method model provides a better research idea for the follow-up BIM project application benefit evaluation research.It looks for the project itself The gaps and deficiencies in the implementation process have certain guiding significance.The research results in this article show that the BIM application evaluation benefit evaluation system constructed with three first-level indicators of progress management,cost management and quality management can effectively reflect the investment efficiency evaluation results of BIM applications.Through investment efficiency evaluation,it is found that BIM technology applications It is effective in the design phase and construction phase,and is used in the design,construction and operation and maintenance phases at the same time.It is necessary to improve the existing technology.It shows that the main stages of BIM application are still in the design and construction stages.This article has done innovative work in two aspects.One is to build a BIM application benefit evaluation index system.The BIM application benefit evaluation index was summarized through the actual project application statistics,and the evaluation index was screened by the literature research method,which improved the BIM application benefit evaluation index system.The second is to build a quantitative evaluation method of BIM benefits based on the DEA method.Based on the comprehensive statistics of actual BIM technology application and literature research methods,this paper constructs the index of BIM application benefits,and uses it as the output of the DEA evaluation model to obtain the quantitative evaluation results of BIM application benefits.
