G Evaluation System And Model Of Rural Investment Benefit

With the rapid development of the rural economy in recent years,the rural power network has the problems such as insufficient power supply,reliability of power supply,and power outages.To this end,the state in the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period,started the new round of transformation of the rural power network upgrade,increase investment in rural power grid,solve the problems existing in the rural power grid,the farmer's life and production to meet the electricity needs,so as to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.National annual investment of huge funds in the upgrading of rural power network,how to evaluate effectiveness and the effect of large amounts of capital investment of the rural power grid is an important issue we face.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars,this paper studies the theory,evaluation index system and evaluation model of power grid investment evaluation,and combined with the need of power grid investment evaluation,the empirical study of G Power Grid Corp.The main achievements of this dissertation are as follows:(1)On the basis of the research on the investment benefit evaluation system of the existing power grid,the influencing factors and the evaluation theory and method of the grid investment benefit are summarized.(2)As compared with advanced,finds out the problems.In this paper,the g of rural power grids and Gd rural power grid in power level,network,the service of power supply respectively benchmarking analysis,so as to find out the gaps and deficiencies in g of rural power grid at present electric power development and developed regions.(3)Considering the social and economic benefits,the economic benefits of the enterprise,and the safety and reliability of the network,the evaluation index system of the power grid investment benefit is designed,and the comprehensive evaluation model of the rural power network is constructed.(4)Based on the theory and method of the paper,the author takes G Power Grid Corp as the object,according to the above index system and comprehensive evaluation model of power grid investment evaluation,and analyzes the data of G Power Grid Corp 2012-2014.
