Project Management In The Development Of Jilin World-Trade Wanjin Hotel

The construction of high-star hotels is an integration process of multiple engineering systems.The objectives and scope developed at the initial stage play a decisive role in the future benefits of the hotel project operation.The research goal of this thesis is to develop a management system for the construction of high-star hotel,and form a standardized and procedural management mode by studying and summarizing the management experience of the project case,and to improve the management level of high-star hotel construction.This research used case analysis method,based on the case study of Jilin World Trade Wanjin Hotel,systematically analyzed the problems in project planning,design and implementation stages of high-star hotels,and summarized some effective project management strategies and measures.The research contents focus on the system and method of project decision-making,the overall strategy of project development,the management emphases in the construction of high-star hotels and the measures of project objective realization.The research results show that the good experience of project management in the early stage of the construction of Wanjin Hotel is based on the market research and the integration of project planning to meet the needs of the upper level organization and environment.It is the key for the owner to control the construction management of the project by establishing the engineering system and contract system to be followed.Systematic planning and control of procurement is the premise of high star quality assurance.Promote fine management,and achieve quality,cost and schedule control in project implementation then one can achieve project objectives successfully.
