Project Management Improvement Of XGLL Hotel Based On Lean Construction

In the early 1980 s,theory of project management in our country gradually developed.Nowadays,the theory on the ideas,technology and methods are mature.Project management theory,however,in practical applications,there are a lot of waste phenomenon,investigate its reason,is not to lean in construction project management.On lean construction is an international advanced engineering project management mode,it originated in the manufacturing of lean thinking,after decades of development,the theory of lean construction has been widely used abroad and has obtained the remarkable economic efficiency,its application in China is still very rare.ZJSJ1 company is China’s construction industry leading enterprises,enterprise scale and development prospect are the best of the industry,but found that after the analysis about the present situation of the company’s project management,to further improve its project management level and space.In fully understand the situation of our country construction and ZJSJ1 company project management problems,on the basis of lean construction theory was applied to ZJSJ1 XGLL hotel engineering company.Concrete is the key technology of lean construction: the workers plan,JIT purchasing,total quality management and 5 s management were applied to the progress of the project management,procurement management,quality management and field management,the implementation of the lean construction and the evaluation,for implementing lean construction XGLL hotel follow-up improvement direction.
