| The Subway construction is implemented in the deep underground which is an enclosed environment.The management of their construction processes has received increasing attention from various departments.The existing subway construction process management,especially the environmental monitoring of the construction personnel and the construction site,has the disadvantages of lack of data collection,poor real-time positioning of personnel,and low efficiency of the management mode.For this issue,the purpose of this study is to design a field environment monitor and operator positioning system.By monitoring the temperature and humidity data of the environment,the construction progress and procedures of the majors in construction and electromechanics can be adjusted.By monitoring the smoke content,the workers in the enclosed space can be evacuated in time,forced ventilation measures can be taken to ensure production safety.Infrared sensors can be used to achieve closed management of forbidden spaces such as tracks;dynamic positioning of on-site personnel can be achieved through personnel positioning.The hardware of this system consists of three parts,which includes data acquisition terminal,wireless data transmission and host computer.The data acquisition terminal uses CC2430 as the microprocessor,DHT11 sensor module,MQ-2 smoke sensor and infrared human body sensor;the wireless data transmission part uses CC2430/CC2431,they have built-in Zigbee protocol.The data is transmitted to the PC,the PC stores and displays the data of subway construction site and monitors in real time,and alarms the abnormal data.The software of the system is consist of three parts:1.The program for the acquisition of the terminal data was designed within the IAR IDE.Through Zigbee network,the data was transmitted to the coordinator from the terminal.Then the data was uploaded to the PC from the coordinator.2.The study used the signal-enhanced positioning technology-RSSI and the mathematic model of the relationship between wireless signal Zigbee and distance.This study achieved to positioning the operator,acquire the reference XY axis positions and RSSI value.The moving nodes can be positioned through multilateral measurement.Also by analyzing the factor of RSSI,this study proposed the improved RSSI algorithm which can be verified through filed experiment.3.Through the GUI system designed in PC,the real-time moving nodes and datanodes for the terminal can be displayed.This system achieved the online display for data from each acquisition terminal.This system provided a new safe monitoring scheme for management of filed environment monitoring and people positioning in subway construction field.Also,the system holds greater realistic significance for improvement of both the safety of subway construction and the efficiency of management. |
