In order to improve the strike efficiency of the electromagnetic gun weapon system,this paper designed a new type of automatic ammunition supply system.In order to improve the reaction speed and launch efficiency of the electromagnetic gun weapon system,the design indicators and capabilities of the automatic ammunition supply system were determined.At the same time,the design highlights of the same type of bomb supply system at home and abroad are analyzed,combined with the innovative design of the structure,a reasonable and reliable design scheme is constructed to determine the structural design and overall layout of the new bomb supply system.The three-dimensional modeling software is used to construct the solid model of the automatic bomb feeding system,and the dynamic analysis of the bomb feeding process in the multi-body dynamics software is performed to determine the operating attitude and mechanics of the bomb at different stages of feeding characteristic.The dynamic analysis of the operation of the projectile in the automated magazine and the way of pushing the projectile were carried out,and the running posture of the projectile during the projectile process was studied to verify the correctness of the dynamic matching calculation of the electromechanical system.In addition,the dynamics of the coordination between the projectile and the push cylinder are studied.In conjunction with the finite element analysis software ANSYS,the stability characteristics of the overall operation mode of the coordinator are analyzed,and the flexibility of the frame is also considered to the system operation.Impact.Finally,the overall control operation mode of the coordinator is determined.In the projectile stage,the multi-body dynamics software ADAMS was used to simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the projectile mechanism and the projectile in operation at different angles.A parametric simulation analysis based on motion reliability was carried out on the push mechanism and the coordinator mechanism to obtain the relative sensitivity of the output and the optimal parameters to ensure the motion reliability.The automatic ammunition feeding system designed in this paper provides a reliable reference and new ideas for the future development of a new electromagnetic gun automatic ammunition feeding system.
