With the increase of loading amount and the increase of projectile mass,the barrel bore bears more severe load,and the structure of the barrel bore has an important influence on the barrel life and shooting accuracy.Taking a large-caliber gun as the research object,the optimization method of barrel bore structure is studied in this paper,and the optimization design of barrel bore structure of a large-caliber gun is carried out by using the finite element numerical simulation technology and modern optimization design theory.The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Secondary development based on the finite element technology,this paper proposes a control based on the Python language body pipe unit node migration Xian Tang body finite element parametric modeling method,using ABAQUS/Standard with ABAQUS/Explicit solution module,using the ALE adaptive grid technology control mesh distortion,grooves structure parameters as variables,coupling parameterization script writing errors,established a large caliber gun tube coupled parametric finite element model of missile laid the foundation for the structure optimization of bore.(2)Based on multi-objective optimization design theory,using the coupled finite element parametric model of missile,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS,and multidisciplinary optimization design software Isight integrated optimization process,the optimal Latin hypercube experimental design method is adopted to establish the grooves to optimize the response surface model,according to the grooves structure optimization variables and constraints,the optimization goal,grooves multi-objective optimization mathematical model is set up,and finally use the NSGA-? multi-objective optimization algorithm,and optimize the body tube grooves calculation,get the grooves optimization Pareto frontier solution set,through the analysis of the optimization results of choosing,The optimal rifling structure of a large caliber gun barrel is obtained.(3)Based on the theory of coupling finite element numerical simulation of missile,the establishment of an artillery coupling finite element into missile model,using Fortran,secondary development technique,write out with friction subroutine VFRICTION squeeze into process,using ABAQUS/Explicit module,the numerical simulation for pushing process of various energy,according to the law of conservation of energy,crowded into the process of energy conversion and dissipation are analyzed.According to the slope of the taper bore scope,set up different squeeze into model of taper bore with slope,slope is studied in the taper bore and the relationship between the maximum dissipation power,with a maximum dissipation power to minimizing the optimization goal,linear weighting method is adopted to establish the slope chamber optimization evaluation function,genetic algorithm was employed to reinforce the slope chamber structure optimization,the optimal slope to get a certain large caliber gun tube chamber structure.
